The Sellers Store, owned by Hugh L. Sellers, was located on the north side of the old opera house, facing east. It was 25 feet wide by about 50 feet long, with a large sign saying "SELLERS" on the front. Groceries and hardware were sold there.

Richfield Colorado, seen from above. Richfield was the first settlement made by the Mormons. The first house was built by John Shawcroft, and is still standing, though it has been stuccoed over.
